Many people don’t know but there are two levels below the city in Chicago. They are lower Wacker and lower lower Wacker. Here we see a pedicab making his way through the tunnels late at night.
This little guy was hanging out watching us shoot light streaks going into downtown Chicago.
Looking back to last summer, this trip was by far one of the biggest highlights. It started off in Michigan for a few days and then onto Chicago. On this night we were out until almost 2 in the morning just driving around the city looking for unique perspectives. Shot with the Lumix GX85
It was last summer when my friends, Danny and Josh (@photo.drummer and @agentdev) were out all night shooting Chicago from different angles. This is one of my faves with the streaks of light going into the city. Shot with the Lumix Gx85
One of my favorite views of the Chicago skyline. Shot with the Lumix GX85.
Let’s mix it up a bit and post a drone photo this morning. Shot with the DJI Mavic Pro. This was from Chinatown looking into the city.
Like I mentioned on my last post, Chinatown provides a ton of shooting opportunities if you are looking for a way to spend the day. This was a random side street we wandered down and I saw these awesome lines and textures. Shot with the Lumix GX85.
Chinatown in Chicago is a great place to wander around and explore throughout the day. Explore the culture, eat some great food, and kPop. Always kPop.
Another photo from the Kalamazoo Air Zoo. This is what it takes for a jet engine to takeoff. These pipes all make the magic of flight possible. Shot with the Lumix gx85. My go to travel camera when I want interchangeable lenses.
Found this cool old diner on my way to Chicago last summer. I spent the night in Michigan City which is a good halfway point from one of my dealers and Chicago.
